Dexamethasone (DXM) dosing for collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) inhibition. (a) Different doses of DXM (0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mg/kg) were intraperitoneally administered to DBA1/lacJ mice from days 29 to day 34 after CIA induction. The mean Joint Score and the Swollen Joint Severity Score were determined until day 70. Data from a representative experiment of three experiments performed with 8–10 mice per group., in DXM 2.0 mg/kg versus CIA group.
