Increased level of miR-155 reduced expression of IKBKE protein, while decreased level of miR-155 enhanced expression of IKBKE protein. β-Actin was used as an internal control. (b) Quantitative real-time PCR identified IKBKE mRNA levels in miR-155 mimic and miR-155 inhibitor-treated RA-FLS. Trend of reduced expression of IKBKE mRNA by increased level of miR-155 and enhanced expression of IKBKE mRNA by decreased level of miR-155 compared to NC ( , , 0.37 ± 0.09, 2.53 ± 1.10, 0.99 ± 0.09, resp.) was observed.
