Cumulative percent mortalities of fish injected intraperitoneally (i.p) with 100 µL PBS alone, PBS alone with bacterial challenge, CpG ODN 1668, 2395, and control ODN 2137. After 48 h after CpG ODN injection, cobia was i.p. injected with 50 µL of 3.25 × 106 bacteria (Photobacterium damselae subsp. piscicida). The group injected with ODN 2395 and 1668 displayed lower mortalities than any other group, fish per group.
