The Effect of TLR9 Agonist CpG Oligodeoxynucleotides on the Intestinal Immune Response of Cobia (Rachycentron canadum)

Figure 6

The relative mRNA expressions of (a) TLR9 A, (b) TLR9 B, (c) MyD88, and (d) IL-1β in the posterior cobia intestine stimulated with formalin-killed vaccine mixed with CpG and alum and PBS-injected and measured by quantitative real-time PCR. The sampling was carried out at 1, 3, 6, and 10 days after stimulation and β-actin was used as a reference gene. The results are presented as the mean ± SD ( ) and mean values with asterisk (*) are significantly different ( ).
