Cytoplasm IκBα and p-IκBα expression in human endothelial cells after stimulation with AT1-AAs. The cells were incubated with AT1-AAs after 0, 15, 30, 60, and 120 min and angiotensin II (0.1 μM) for 30 min; IκBα and p-IκBα levels were determined by Western blot analysis (panel (a)). Angiotensin II was used as positive control (lane 1). Data were summarized in panel (b) from 5 independent experiments; versus 0 min (control) group (lane 2) in p-IκBα group.
