Cell proliferation was assessed using flow cytometry. The results show the means ± S.D. of 3 independent experiments. The percentage of cyclopamine-treated FLS in the G₁ phase was higher than that in the control group, whereas the percentage of cyclopamine-treated FLS in the S + G₂ phases was lower than that in the control group.
