HLA-G expression on leukemic blasts. PBMCs of AML patients were analyzed by flow cytometry to determine the expression of HLA-G on blasts. An anti-human CD45 mAb was used to discriminate leukemic cells from normal mononuclear cells, being blasts CD45^dim.
