((a) and (b)) Cytokine production from stimulated J774A.1 and MH-S cells. Cytokine concentrations were measured 24 hours after stimulation with LPS (5 μg/mL) or IFN-γ (1 μg/mL). Values are the means and SEM from at least three independent experiments. There were significant differences in TNF-α production between the cell lines for unstimulated, LPS stimulated and peptidoglycan stimulated cells.
