Activation of ERK and p38MAPK by JEV infection in BV-2 cells. BV-2 cells were either mock infected or infected with JEV at an MOI of 1. Poly(I : C) was added as a positive control. At 5 hpi, western blotting was performed to detect the phosphorylation of ERK (pERK) (a) and p38MAPK (pp38MAPK) (b). The protein levels were quantified with immunoblot scanning and normalized to the amount of β-tubulin (c and d).
