Inflammatory mediators induced by JEV in BV-2 cells treated with ERK and p38MAPK inhibitors. BV-2 cells were infected with JEV at an MOI of 1 and treated with an inhibitor of ERK (10 μM U0126) or p38MAPK (10 μM SB302580) after 1 h of incubation. The production of TNF-α, IL-6, and CCL-2 was measured with qRT-PCR (a–c) or ELISA (d–f) at 5 and 24 hpi.
