Intradermal DNA Electroporation Induces Cellular and Humoral Immune Response and Confers Protection against HER2/neu Tumor

Intradermal EP vaccination protects BALB/c and BALB-neuT mice against a TUBO challenge. Mice were immunized twice with empty (pVAX, gray line) or ECTM (pVAX-ECTM, black line) plasmid. pVAX-ECTM treated BALB/c mice () display total tumor protection ((a), ,), while control group () develops fast growing tumors within 30 days after challenge ((b), ,).
