Autoantibody to MDM2: A Potential Serological Marker of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

<div>Titer of autoantibody against MDM2 in human sera by ELISA. The range of antibody titers to MDM2 was expressed as optical density (OD) obtained from ELISA. The mean + 2SD of NHS was shown in relationship to all serum samples.
