Immunochemical localization of the activation marker CD25 on the cells in the fragments of mouse splenic granulomas and control mouse peritoneal macrophages (Mph). The scale bars are 10 μm each. The brown color indicates the presence of the receptor in these cells. Macrophages and dendritic cells with CD25 in them are indicated by the black and red arrows, respectively.
