The IL-2/JES6-1 complex increases Treg cells and reduces Th1/17 cells. Splenocytes from 14 days after MI mice were stimulated with PMA/ionomycin/monensin, and CD4+IFN-γ+ (Th1) or CD4+IL-17+ (Th17) cells among CD4+ Foxp3− T cells were determined by intracellular staining for IFN-γ+ or IL-17, respectively, as described in Section 2. Quantification of percentage of CD4+IFN-γ+ cells and CD4+IL-17+ cells was analyzed by Flow Jo software. versus the Sham group; versus the PBS group.
