Decitabine-Induced Changes in Human Myelodysplastic Syndrome Cell Line SKM-1 Are Mediated by FOXO3A Activation

DAC induces cell cycle arrest in SKM-1 cells. (a, b) DAC treatment could decrease cells in S phase and arrest SKM-1 cells in G0/G1 and G2/M phases.
