Decitabine-Induced Changes in Human Myelodysplastic Syndrome Cell Line SKM-1 Are Mediated by FOXO3A Activation

<div>FOXO3A contributes to DAC-mediated autophagy in SKM-1 cells. (a) LC3-I and LC3-II were both increased after DAC treatment as well as the LC3-II/LC3-I ratio. (b) BECN1 and ATG5-ATG12-ATG16 complex proteins were both upregulated following DAC treatment. (c) LC3-I, LC3-II BECN1, and ATG5-ATG12-ATG16 complex proteins were decreased after FOXO3A silencing.
