Lymphocyte subsets of the MLN of IL-33- and PBS-treated mice with DSS-induced chronic colitis were analyzed by flow cytometry. (a) The frequency of neutrophil (CD11b⁺Gr1⁺F4/80⁻), macrophage (CD11b⁺Gr1⁻F4/80⁺), CD4⁺ T cell, CD4⁺CD44⁺ T cells (effector T cells), γδT cell (γδTCR), NK cells (NK1.1⁺), or NKT cell (NK1.1⁺αβTCR⁺) in cells isolated from the MLN on day 30 after administration of DSS.
