Silencing SLC15A3 in human primary monocytes leads to reduced IFN production by intracellular RNA and DNA agonists. qRT-PCR analysis of (a) SLC15A3, (b) IL29, and (c) IFNβ in human primary monocytes transfected with scrambled siRNA and SLC15A3 siRNA for 24 h and then incubated with indicated PRR agonists for 8 h. Data (mean ± sd) are representative of three experiments with similar results.
