TmCTA1T was generated from TCTA1T by site-directed mutagenesis. (b) The fusion proteins expressed in <i>E. coli</i> were purified by His-tag affinity chromatography and separated by 12.5% SDS-PAGE. (c) The purified proteins were added to HeLa cells, and the presence of transduced proteins into the cells was detected by Western blot analysis.</div>
