TCTA1T promotes OVA-specific CTL responses. C57BL/6 mice ( to 6) were immunized with 100 μg of OVA alone, plus TCTA1T, TmCTA1T, or CT on days 0, 14, and 28. The immunized mice were injected i.v. with OVA peptide-pulsed and nonpulsed target cells. OVA-specific target cell lysis was determined in the spleen and lungs by flow cytometry.
