Development of Safe and Non-Self-Immunogenic Mucosal Adjuvant by Recombinant Fusion of Cholera Toxin A1 Subunit with Protein Transduction Domain

<div>TCTA1T is not immunogenic. BALB/c mice were immunized three times with 2 <i>μ</i>g of CT or 10 <i>μ</i>g of TCTA1T by i.n. or i.d. routes. Sera were collected on day 14 after the last immunization. Levels of (a) CTA1- and (b) CT-specific IgG Abs in sera were determined by ELISA.
