Amiselimod (MT-1303), a Novel Sphingosine 1-Phosphate Receptor-1 Modulator, Potently Inhibits the Progression of Lupus Nephritis in Two Murine SLE Models

<div>Effect of MT-1303 on anti-DNA antibody levels and plasma cells in MRL/<i>lpr</i> mice. MT-1303 was orally administered to MRL/<i>lpr</i> mice daily from 8 to 18 weeks of age. The serum and spleen were obtained the day after the final administration, and serum anti-dsDNA antibody levels (a) were determined by ELISA.
