SEM images and EDX characterization of the as-produced carbon nanotubes; (a) and (c) correspond to the MWCNT-Ox sample; (b) and (d) correspond to the MWCNT-Nx sample. The samples show bundles formed by aligned carbon nanotubes, the lengths of carbon nanotubes are in the range of 100 to 300 μm, and the diameters range from 30 to 70 nm.
