Effect of Base Sequence on G-Wire Formation in Solution
Figure 2
Typical DLS autocorrelation functions detected for heat treated (HT) and dialysed (D) samples. The slow diffusive mode (correlation time in the range of 1–10 ms at ) is observed for both samples, while the fast diffusive mode (correlation time in the range of 0.01–0.1 ms at ) is observed only for the dialysed sample. The fast mode is assigned to quadruplex motion, while the slow mode presumably arises from dynamics of loose polyion associates.
