Effect of topoisomerase II𝛽 status on 𝛾H2AX focus formation in response to IR. WT and TOP2𝛽^−/− MEFs were exposed to 1 Gy IR (a) or 2 Gy IR (b) and 𝛾H2AX foci were counted at 20 minutes, 2 hours, 5 hours, and 24 hours after exposure. Data are derived from at least 𝑛=3 independent experiments.
