BRCA1 Forms a Functional Complex with -H2AX as a Late Response to Genotoxic Stress

H2AX is dephosphorylated following DNA damage. MCF-7 cells were treated with adriamycin for 1 hour then treated with lactacystin or a phosphatase inhibitor (P’tase inh.) cocktail, as indicated. Cells were fixed and stained for -H2AX and quantitated using a Laser Scanning Cytometer.
