Electronic Structure of BiFe_1−xMn_xO₃ Thin Films Investigated by X-Ray Absorption Spectroscopy

SEM images of BiFe_1-x Mn_xO₃ (𝑥=0,0.1,0.2,0.3) films with the composition of (a)𝑥=0; (b) 𝑥=0.1; (c) 𝑥=0.2; (d) 𝑥=0.3 prepared on Pt(111)/Ti/SiO₂/Si(100) substrate. The images are obtained with weak contrast due to fast saturation charging effect.
