CN-TAT and CN were adsorbed with 1.65 μg siRNA. **2.5 and 0.16 mg/mL TAT-peptide represent the highest and lowest concentration of the individual TAT-peptide, and they were equivalent to the amount of TAT peptide used in CN-TAT conjugation process at TAT-peptide-to-CN weight ratios 0.125 : 1 and 0.008 : 1, respectively.
