Effect of MgFe2O4 on growth of breast cancer cell lines MCF-7. Cells are seeded in 96-well plates and incubated with different concentrations of MgFe2O4 and noted after 24 h maintaining at 37°C. Cell viabilities are determined by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Data points are presented as means ± SD of triplicate experiments.
