Low concentration of Gold/Fe3O4 NPs enhances NPC differentiation. The differentiation of NPCs was studied through the use of markers of differentiated cells, NSE (a neuron specific enolase). Compare with control group, more cells were stained by NSE of the low concentration of Au/Fe3O4 (at the concentrations of 40 μg/104 cells) nanoparticles (Figure 5) (×100).
