Flow stress of Cu/Nb multilayers plotted as a function of individual layer thickness, with data reported by Zhu et al. [4] and Misra et al. [14] also included. All the test data presented were estimated as nanoindentation hardness divided by a factor of 2.7; the green line represented a linear fit of the Hall-Petch relation specifically for Cu/Nb multilayers.
