Cellular toxicity test of Eudragit exendin-4-encapsulated solid lipid nanoparticles on INS-1 cells. The number of viable INS-1 cells was determined after incubation with various concentrations of Eudragit blank solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) and Eudragit exendin-4 (Ex-4) SLNs for indicated times ((a) 24 h; (b) 48 h).
