Green Synthesis of CuInS₂/ZnS Nanocrystals with High Photoluminescence and Stability

TEM images of (a) 60 min grown CIS QDs at 240°C, and (b) CIS/ZnS QDs with a core reaction time of 60 min at 240°C and a shell growth time of 60 min at 240°C. Zn/Cu feeding molar ratio was 4. The mean diameter of bare CIS is 3.3 nm, and CIS/ZnS QDs have a mean diameter of 4.3 nm.
