Green Synthesis of CuInS₂/ZnS Nanocrystals with High Photoluminescence and Stability

(a) Zn/(Cu + In) and (b) In/Cu atomic ratio changes with shell growth time. CIS QDs were prepared at 240°C for 60 min; and ZnS shell was grown at 240°C for 0~60 min with Zn/Cu feeding molar ratio of 4. The atomic concentration in nanocrystals was tested by ICP-OES.
