SEM images indicating an effect of a different relative flow rate of H2 and CH4 gases, which is one and a half, compared to the results of Figure 2, on the morphologies and densities of HACNT arrays grown with the total flow rates of (a) 3.75, (b) 6.25, and (c) 7.5, respectively. Note that few tubes were grown and covered with amorphous-like carbon debris at the total flow rate of 7.5.
