SEM micrographs of BFO films after annealing at  K for 0, 5, 30, and 60 min (the samples denoted as S-0, S-5, S-30, and S-60). The insets (c and d) reveal structural aspects in a greater detail, which disclose a difference between the S-60 sample (d) which contains BiFeO₃ structure (refer to Figure 1) and the other materials (a, b, c).
