XRD patterns of the obtained particles by heating a mixture of ethylene glycol solution of TIP and NH₃ (aq) at 368 K for 24 h. The NH₃ (aq) concentrations were (a) 0.1 mol/L, (b) 0.2 mol/L, (c) 0.5 mol/L, (d) 1 mol/L, and (e) the particles obtained by heating the mixture of TIP and H₂O at 368 K for 24 h. ◯: anatase TiO₂ and ⚫: layered titanic acid.
