Supplementary Material
The Supplementary Materials contain the pathways for both the scaffold and staple DNA as well as the corresponding sequence lists for staple DNA we used for wet-lab experiments. For validation purposes, we selected the scaffold DNA M13mp18, submitted different shapes such as a hexagon, a rabbit and a panda (Figure 2a) to our server, and used the output for wet-lab experiments. The experiment results are shown in Figure 2 b-d in the manuscript, and the corresponding DNA pathways and staple DNA sequence lists are shown in the following figures
