Figure 3: Thermopower for the Ga0.95Mn0.05As nanowire device as function of temperature. The experimental data matches well at high temperature with values calculated using a model without hopping [21]. However, at temperatures below 120 K, the nanowire thermopower starts to rise far above the extrapolation. Addition of a hopping term qualitatively accounts for the rise in thermopower.
