Bias voltages of the start and end of the plateau in Figure 1 as a function of temperature (derived from the maxima in the second derivative of the C-V curves; see inset of Figure 1). As the temperature is increased, more and more hole levels are contributing to the total capacitance for a given measurement frequency (here MHz).
