Charge-selective DLTS spectra for measurement voltages between −0.2 V (forward direction) and 2.2 V (reverse direction) and a reference time constant of ms. The charging pulse amplitude is fixed to 0.2 V. The peaks for the deep hole states shift toward higher temperatures and decrease in height.
