Thermal resonance data of the CCNT-modified cantilever during cyclic compressions applied via AFM. During each cycle, the CCNT is compressed to a distance of 250 nm. The z-piezo scanner extension was 2500 nm. The cyclical movement of the scanner with time is identified by the light blue trace.
