Influence of Nanosized Silicon Oxide on the Luminescent Properties of ZnO Nanoparticles

The absorption spectra of colloidal solutions of ZnO nanoparticles in ethanol with zinc oxide concentration during the synthesis: [ZnO] = 2 × 10⁻² mol/L (1); [ZnO] = 2 × 10^{− 3} mol/L (2). The inset shows the first derivative of the absorption curves 1 and 2, respectively. The optical thickness of the cuvette  cm; the concentration during the spectra recording [ZnO] = 2 × 10⁻³ mol/L.
