Directed migration through microchannels engineered with soft lithography techniques. Cancerous cells (red) show different morphology and migratory behaviour than non-cancerous cells (blue) when cocultured in a microchannels of a particular geometry resulted in directed migration [15]. Soft lithography can be used to engineer the microchannels in rigid or soft materials.
