Although seen with many carcinogen exposures as occasional finding at higher concentrations, striking blebbing of the cytoplasmic membrane was noted with 24-hour N-nitrosodiethylamine exposure at extremely low concentration (1 ng/mL) detected by phase contrast microscopy at 60x.
