Gene Expression Differences between Enriched Normal and Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia Quiescent Stem/Progenitor Cells and Correlations with Biological Abnormalities

The fold change is linear and positive values mean genes more expressed in CML and negative values vice versa. In the case that for one gene there is more than one set of probes significantly differentially expressed, we reported the highest value among them.
