LPAR KO affects motility. Wound healing assay in OVCAR3 and ES2 cultured cells. Cells monolayer cultured in 6-well plates were injured with a sterile 10 μL pipette tip (original wound). Cells were then cultured in DMEM (control) or DMEM containing 10 μM LPA for 48 hours. (a) LPAR3KO and LPAR6KO of OVCAR3 cells show reduced motility compared with control cells in both untreated and LPA-stimulated cells.
