Decursin influences the cell cycle in osteosarcoma cells. (a) The human osteosarcoma cells (143B and MG63) were treated with various doses (0–100 µM) of decursin for 24 h. The percentage of S period cells was calculated by the cell cycle assay solution deep red and EdU assay using flow cytometry.
