Proapoptotic protein expression in RSCs under stimulation. Immunofluorescence showed higher cleaved caspase-3 (red), cleaved caspase-9 (red), Fas (green), and FasL (green) expression in RSCs under stimulation with IL-1β (100 ng/mL) or IL18 (10 ng/mL). IL-17A (10 ng/mL) did not induce these proapoptotic proteins. The nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue) (scale bar: 20 μm).
