VDRKO mice exhibit elevated IgG2a/c production in response to L. major infection. C57BL/6 WT (closed bars) and VDRKO (open bars) mice were infected with 10⁵  L. major parasites and serum samples were collected at the indicated time points. Isotype specific ELISA was performed to determine levels of total IgG and IgG2a/c in the serum. Mean ± SE is presented; 𝑛 = (8–10). ^∗𝑃≤0.05.
